As of tomorrow we are officially 38 weeks pregnant! I've been trying to maintain my running and biking throughout and have done pretty good so far but lately running has gotten really uncomfortable. I've had pretty substantial lower body swelling over the past two weeks and am getting really anxious for her to make her arrival.
This morning I was up early and decided to do a quick circut of weights (10 min total). I also did two 12 minute walks today at work. As far as my planned cardio for today, I made it a grand total of .25 miles a 5.4 mph before I had to ditch it and walk. Too much pressure in the pelvic region - OUCH! I managed to eek out an additional .75 miles walking and 20 minutes on the elliptical. The elliptical was so much more comfortable.
We'll see what tomorrow brings!
